Paper Submission Guidelines
  • Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.

  • All papers must follow the conference template strictly for the submission.

  • The author's identity such as name, affiliation and e-mail address need to be provided in Easy Chair Account. No identity information needs to be included in the initial paper.

  • Please do not submit plagiarized papers.

Paper must be in PDF format and must satisfy following requirements
  • Paper Length: 10-12 pages, including figures, tables & references. 

  • No page numbering on the manuscript is allowed.


Review Process

  • The conference adopts Double Blind Review Process.

  • Minimum of 2 reviewers per paper; all reviewers are subject matter experts as defined by their edict (Reviewer usually have 5 or 6 edicts that they are willing to review against)

  • Plagiarism check committee initially cross checks the plagiarism in the submitted paper by "Turn-It-In" plagiarism verification tool.

  • A paper will have 3 decisions:

    • Accepted

    • Rejected

    • Re-submit with suggested modifications/corrections (with strict time limit)

  • Download the Template of the Conference paper in: In word format   and  In LaTeX format 

  • All submissions can be submitted through the EasyChair Conference papers submission system. Those who do not have an EasyChair account will need to create on​
